You must take 2 red capsules in the morning and 1 silver in the evening with water. The morning capsules must be taken with a full breakfast or after lunch to avoid any gastrointestinal distress. Taking Inversion Femme with a large meal maximizes the absorption of the vitamins and nutrients, and can reduce nausea which is sometimes experienced if multivitamins are taken on an empty stomach.

Inversion Femme consists of 16 active ingredients. Each of these ingredients act in synergy with your body. Some ingredients need to be separated such as Vitamin C and Iron or Zinc and Copper to get maximum results. Also, some ingredients should be taken in the morning such as Green Tea Extract – you don’t want to be kept up at night.
